Well, not exactly a profound thought for the day but thought I'd share; there is absolutely nothing smooth about going arse over tit on the ice in the centre of town! No matter how unbothered or cool about the situation you pretend to be all you want to do is crawl into the nearest shop and start crying, which is pretty much what I did, so there, this is my start to the day, here's hoping it improves a little. Bruising of the ego is far worse than the one developing on my knee I guess! x SB x
