About Us

Harrogate, UK
Ok, so Team Tigers have entered the 21st century. Step over Carrie Bradshaw, it's all about a small, dysfunctional netball team based in North Yorkshire, who hope, through our ridiculous ramblings can send a smile 12,000 miles accross the world to a friend we love and care about very much.

Here goes my first little post; thought I'd have a little trawl through our old pics and came accross this little gem. Jesus, we look like some demented, lesbian version of the village people. Many a funny moment on this trip, in fact Gem, if my memory serves me right, you and I ended up in the back of an armoured police vehicle on this particular night?! Can we all just take a minute to look at our honourary hen on this one too - just a few hours later we would find her all cosy and snuggled up asleep in the middle of a banging Belfast club - Haha!!
Right, I'm going to try and create a hyperlink to our netball FB page as there's some absolute beauties on there that I'd totally forgotten about and it saves clogging up all the blog space.
I hope for Kate's sake we don't all get too addicted to this blogging malarky - I'm sure there'll be moments of utter boredom, you know the everyday stuff; like me losing phone/purse/handbag/insert any of life's essential posessions in various locations, to the damn right crude and disgusting - hands up who's dreading Cowlishaw's first post.......?!
Ok, this is me signing off, have sent the team a little update on easiest ways to update etc so no excuses girls, lets get going with it.
Love and big hugs to you Mrs Norris.

  2. Hi to all the beautiful people, youn know who you are. I would just like to say I dont really know how to work this but here goes. Hope that you are all ok. We are now throiugh to the Semi final of the Julie Mason Cup we have to beat Hawks to get to the final, we can do this as we have beaten them before. It would be great if we got Harriers in the final but I do think rebels will beat them and us. We shall give it a go anyway.

We had a netball day out on Sat took a train to Leeds and than to Jamie Olivers place ( we would not reccommend it) then cocktails around town, lots of laughs were had and Katie drunk Lager out if a can provided by 2 very nice men. We came back to the gate about 915 and had a drink in Banyan, I was home in bed by 1030 ha had a banging head the next day or as Leigh put it 'Rough'. So we are now ooking for a date forhe next one? Remember the more the merrier.
